    Teratoma
    1)Cystic
    2) contains hair and teeth with a sebaceous material inside.
    3) most commonly seen in ovary.

      Right diagnosis. Its Benign Cystic Teratoma/ Dermoid cyst- Ovary.
      Have a closer look at the gross photograph. Its an exam specimen.
      Hope you know what questions will be asked next..
      1. How do you classify ovarian tumors.
      2. What are the germ cell tumors?
      3. What are teratomas?
      4. What are mature & immature teratomas? How do you differentiate?
      5. What are specialized teratomas? Struma ovarii & Strumal carcinoid.
