  1. Conditions leading to microcytic anemia... Even lead poisoning can lead to microcytic anemia

  2. vitamin B12 deficiency causes thrombocytopenia also... None of the above would be a better choice in that particular question I feel

  3. yes lead poisoning also causes microcytosis as well, none of the above is better choice, yes.
