    Maybe
    Tissue section- lymph node
    Probable diagnosis- tubercular lymphadenitis
    Identification points-
    1. Caseous necrosis
    2. Langhans giant cell with horse shoe nuclear arrangement

      Good. Its Tubercular lymphadenitis. We can appreciate effacement of lymph node architecture with caseating granulomas. This slide was positive for acid fast bacilli (AFB) on staining with modified Ziehl Neelsen (ZN).
